Hotel that needs maintenance

Friendly staff, spacious room, good beds.

All that is said before is true: the staff is very friendly but has to run a hotel that is worn out and needs urgent maintenance. Sorry, but breakfast was also disappointing. Slow check-in process.

Staff at the reception not soo friendly when i want to check in the hotel. The pool is too deep for 1-4 years old children.

This place and facilities are 50years old + and needs work. The sheets did not fit the bed so we had to sleep on an old mattress. The restaurant is super expensive for what it served and did not sell alcahol. 10 mins from jetty but wish we had gone straight on to the islands.

Old school Hotel, renovete or upgrade room, rate Hotel 4 star rm170 so expensive, I stay at Kuan only rate 98 with breakfast, what do you thing.

this hotel need a new renovation. furthemore, the hotel has a good branding.

the breakfast is good.

i didnt get my room as requested. it should be queen bed but i got twin bed for two rooms. swimming pool and facilities in the bedroom are old.

It's like we're in the 80s all over again! Rooms still had that 80s vibe, but overall a good stay :)

Some of the staff were very helpful! Bellboy named Hairey was very helpful, friendly and remembered us. The waiter from Bayu Restaurant was also helpful, name is Aradhi. The receptionist Shira, I think, was also very pleasant. The laundry woman was a cute old aunty who gave us a very homey vibe. Overall I enjoyed my stay, and their breakfast menu changed everyday! LOVED that.

The building interior clearly needs a lot more renovating to do. The first room I got at level 10 was rather run down- we couldn't latch the balcony sliding door and our aircond wouldn't work without the balcony door shut tight, the lighting was dim and some lights werent functioning, the bathroom was dim and it felt kinda spooky- so we had to ask to be transferred to another room (the room right next to it) and turns out the room we were transferred to was the complete opposite- it was perfect, very well lit, sliding door was working. The receptionist was rather slow at checking us out, perhaps they were understaffed? In-room dining menu was limited. The elevator at level 1, which was the floor that'd take us to the pool area, was quite badly lit. It felt like we were transported back to the 80s. However that was it! Everything else was alright :-)

Location is nice by the beach

1. Front Desk was not friendly, smile was at a high cost. Did not greet well. 2. Room 214 was dirty - floor was dirty and not mopped, bed was undone and dusty (looked like the headboard has not been wiped for years - unhealthy for people who are asthmatic), no soap and other stuff provided when checked in on 23 September 2019. 3. Difficult to get connected with the housekeeping, but the person in-charged provided the soap and bottled drinks, and swept and mopped the floor.

Not recommended to stay here for the price we pay.

Close to the beach

The room was so old, the furniture was almost broken, smelly carpet, bath tub and toilet bowl were stained here and there, they didn’t clean the balcony even I asked to swipe it. No wifi at the room and foyer of the room. The TV only has 1 or 2 local channels. The hotel definitely need overhaul or refurbishment.

Very near to pantai batu buruk

Very near to pantai batu buruk The staf were all very helpful, friendly and kind... 5 star to all the staf.. When i reach there, the staf help us carry luggage, help my moms using wheelchair and drive my car to parking...They are very good!

Didnt have valley parking Oku parking quite far from main door (luckily staf very helpful help me parking) Crocoaches inside the room i order nasi dagang late at night with my mom and i end up vomit and diarhea

Hotel place was very good .easy to go everywhere nearly to the sea.. Staff room cleaning was friendly, my kids was enjoy with your swimming pool I'm will return back for the next visit .. tq primula beach hotel..
